The Tarnished Frocks and Divas Charitable Trust is made up of a group of Trustees with the appropriate history, passion and skills base to assist in the growth, long term sustainability and professionalism of the event.

The Trustees hold among other things, responsibility for initial planning, organisation, sourcing funding and promotion of the event. The Trustees monitor event progress, budgets, and keep records of all financial transactions.

The Trustees have recognised that the Tarnished Frocks and Divas Show is now an iconic event, not only in Tauranga City and the Western Bay  of Plenty, also regarded as so, throughout New Zealand.They have focused on building the foundations to allow critical space for the creativity to develop and flow.
